AI Engineer

Job Description

As an AI Engineer at Twodots, you will be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize the retail industry. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions that solve complex challenges for our clients. You will work with massive datasets from the retail and e-commerce domains to build everything from recommendation engines to predictive analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and behavioral analytics.
• Develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines using technologies like Apache Spark and Kafka.
• Deploy and manage AI models in production environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to solve real-world retail problems.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our AI systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with Java or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with data processing technologies like Apache Spark or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience with real-time data streaming using Apache Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with deploying and managing models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with large-scale retail or e-commerce datasets.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and search platforms like Elasticsearch.
